First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in our company by visiting our website.<\/p>

Following my experience in the world of tourism and Parisian palaces, it was only natural for me to create the Private Concierge Company \"A Votre Service\".<\/p>

Depuis plus de 18 ans nous sommes acteurs du tourisme international, agr\u00e9\u00e9 par IATA.<\/p>

I have polished my know-how in the luxury industry thanks to various fields of activity that have allowed me to have a 360\u00b0 view of this environment.<\/p>

I participated in the pre-opening of the Park Hyatt Vend\u00f4me Palace and worked in many hotels.<\/p>

In retail, I created the VIP services of Printemps with, for the first time in the world, the combination of Guest Relations and Personal Shopper in order to better respond to the desires of customers, an excellence that I subsequently developed in the VIP services of Galeries Lafayette.<\/p>

My knowledge of foreign customers also led me to the position of consultant for a major Middle Eastern personality.<\/p>

All this experience is also given to students at Paris XI Saclay and at the ISG Luxury Management.<\/p>
