In retail, I created the VIP services of Printemps with, for the first time in the world, the combination of Guest Relations and Personal Shopper in order to better respond to the desires of customers, an excellence that I subsequently developed in the VIP services of Galeries Lafayette.

My knowledge of foreign customers also led me to the position of consultant for a major Middle Eastern personality.
